Our Rooms

Risley Guest House offers comfortable en-suite accommodation in a quiet rural setting conveniently situated only 2 minutes from the M1 motorway at Junction 25. Just 8 miles from Derby and 9 miles from Nottingham.

There are 4 double and 2 twin bedrooms, which are in three small blocks of converted barns adjacent to the main cottage.

Rooms are comfortable and modern, whilst retaining the traditional character of the property, some featuring original internal wooden beams.

Accommodation is cosy and well equipped, with:

Snuggly goosedown duvets and pillows
Fluffy towels

Up to the minute flatscreen integrated digital TV/DVD
Complimentary tea / coffee / hot chocolate and biscuits

Rooms 1 and 2 feature patio doors that open onto a sun terrace and have surrounding countryside views.

If you chose a breakfast option, it is served in the conservatory of the main House.

There is ample off-road car parking to the front of each room.
